Hoops for Health is our signature community event that combines the love of basketball with the power of wellness. Designed for youth and families, the day features skills clinics, a 3-on-3 tournament, and opportunities to learn from experienced coaches and mentors. Beyond the court, participants have access to free health screenings, vaccinations, and wellness resources covering everything from nutrition to mental health. With healthy food, prizes, and engaging activities, Hoops for Health creates a fun, energetic atmosphere where young people can build confidence, strengthen teamwork, and connect to resources that support lifelong health and success.
